Owners Basilio and Maylene Peñuelas bring a unique blend of expertise to the company. Basilio began his working career as an auto mechanic right out of high school, which later evolved in him achieving his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. This later, led him to a long and successful career as a mechanical engineer for 19 years with him ending his engineering career as a manager. He quit the corporate world to fulfill a deeper calling to not only work for himself but also serve his community. This path he has paved has given him a deep understanding of materials, processes, precision craftsmanship, and how to successfully lead a team.
Maylene started her working career as a front office receptionist for 6 years and later followed her passion for teaching and acquired her bachelor’s degree in early childhood education. She went on to teach preschool and later, raise 2 beautiful children full time. She continues to serve her community and keep her teaching skills in practice as a private tutor. Her background ensures a strong foundation in quality communication, organization, patience and the importance of customer service. together, they lead True Install Phoenix with a commitment to excellence in service and customer satisfaction.
